SparkNano will be in Dresden, Germany, at the 8th International Conference ALD FOR INDUSTRY on Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). This conference bridges the gap between fundamental science, industrialization and commercialization of this technology. The growth of this technology is not only based in microelectronics applications, but also in areas of industrial Li-Ion batteries, photovoltaics, optics, light, biomedicine and quantum technology.

The conference will take place in Dresden at the Penck Hotel. Not only Dresden’s historical city, which is well worth seeing, but also the art gallery at the conference venue, which is decorated with contemporary works of art, has already impressed visitors at previous events. Again about 100 participants are expected.

Location: Dresden, Germany

SparkNano’s presentation

We are excited to share that our CTO, Paul Poodt will be one of the speakers delivering an insightful presentation on Emerging Applications on Wednesday March 12th at 10:20 at the conference this year. For the precise program schedule, please check the following information  Program ALD 2025.

Make sure to connect with him before, during or after the event to discuss your needs or specific questions regarding the possibilities of SparkNano’s spatial ALD technology and equipment for your applications.
