Moderating Thin Film Division, Session TF1-MoM on the “Fundamentals of Thin Films I
SparkNano’s CTO, Dr. Paul Poodt, will moderate the Thin Film Division, Session TF1-MoM on the “Fundamentals of Thin Films I” September 22nd. With over 15 years of experience in thin-film technology, Dr. Paul Poodt is a leading expert in spatial Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD). He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Radboud University Nijmegen and is the author of 13 patents in the field. He played a key role in developing scalable ALD processes at TNO and has driven innovation from research to industrial applications from pilot machines to Roll-to-Roll systems. Currently he is CTO at SparkNano, the leading OEM in spatial ALD and part-time Associate Professor at Eindhoven University of Technology. Discover the publications of Dr. Paul Poodt.
